Trussardi Residences is a luxury apartment development by the famed Italian fashion house Trussardi. The project offers upscale urban living infused with Trussardi’s design sensibility – sleek lines, premium materials, and Italian elegance. Located in a high-end neighborhood, the residences target style-conscious buyers and investors seeking an exclusive lifestyle. The website needed to reflect the brand’s heritage, highlight each apartment’s details, and convey the modern comforts and amenities offered. Key offerings include designer interior concepts, concierge services, and bespoke finishes, underscoring the collaboration between real estate and high fashion.

Process / Approach

Research → Wireframes → Visual Direction → Interaction Design → Webflow Build → GTM & Funnels → QA & Launch
We started by defining launch goals and mapping our target audience to prioritize content and call-to-action placement on the single-page site. Wireframes were developed to optimize layout scannability and conversion flow. The visual direction drew on Trussardi’s refined Italian aesthetic, using high-quality imagery and elegant typography consistent with the brand. In Webflow, we built fully responsive, pixel-perfect pages and added lightweight GSAP micro-interactions to impart a premium feel without impacting load times. Behind the scenes, we optimized the critical rendering path and asset pipeline for fast performance. Finally, Google Tag Manager was configured to capture events on interactive elements (slider interactions, CTA clicks, form steps) to enable continuous funnel analysis.

Scope of Work

Executed a UX audit and market research to prioritize content hierarchy and investor-focused CTAs. Created a responsive landing page with brand-aligned visuals and lightweight GSAP interactions for an elevated user experience. Developed the project in Webflow with bilingual support, ensuring a seamless flow across devices. Integrated a custom countdown timer and contextual CTAs to emphasize urgency and drive conversions. Configured Google Tag Manager for event tracking across hero sections, forms, and media interactions, enabling real-time marketing analysis. Optimized all assets for SEO, accessibility, and mobile performance.
