Mira Coral Bay is a branded waterfront community in Ras Al Khaimah, offering branded beachfront villas and apartments with premium resort amenities. The development features six villa clusters (165 units) and two townhouse clusters (128 units), with direct beach access, private marinas, and two signature beach clubs. Targeted at international investors and families, the project emphasizes relaxation, leisure, and a family-friendly atmosphere. The website’s mission is to convey the community’s coastal lifestyle and showcase property options, amenities, and activities (e.g., water sports, dining). The brand values include luxury seaside living and a connected community environment.

Process / Approach

Strategy & brief → IA & wireframes → visual direction → interaction design → Webflow build → analytics & pixel integration → QA & launch.
We defined the project strategy and mapped the single-page conversion funnel to minimize user friction. The information architecture and wireframes outlined a linear flow: hero section → masterplan preview → value propositions → application form. We established a visual direction with a coastal color palette and lifestyle imagery to quickly convey context. Interaction design added subtle GSAP micro-animations and a countdown timer to enhance urgency while preserving performance. In Webflow we built the responsive page, including a secure custom application form with file upload. We annotated active elements for Google Tag Manager, enabling tracking of hero interactions, map clicks, form steps and uploads. Finally, we optimized all media (converting to WebP, lazy loading) and performance to achieve fast loading on mobile devices.

Scope of Work

Carried out UX research and market analysis to define the conversion funnel and user flow. Designed a responsive single-page landing optimized for clarity and high conversion. Developed a Webflow CMS with multilingual content and a custom applicant form featuring secure file upload and validation. Added a countdown timer and interactive masterplan modules to create urgency and support sales communication. Integrated Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Analytics, and GTM for full funnel tracking of user actions. Performed site optimization for SEO, accessibility, and mobile speed, and prepared CRM-ready form payloads for seamless sales integration.

The Mira Coral Bay contest landing became a fast, measurable acquisition asset that converted campaign interest into qualified applications. The custom form and file-upload workflow significantly improved lead quality by collecting required documents up front. The countdown timer increased submission velocity during campaign windows, and GSAP-driven motion preserved a premium feel while images remained optimized for speed. With GTM, Facebook Pixel and LinkedIn Analytics in place, marketing teams gained immediate channel ROI insights and built retargeting audiences from engaged users.
