Mira Private Jets is a global luxury aviation broker offering private and business jet rentals worldwide. The platform connects clients with a wide fleet of aircraft – from light Citation jets to long-range Globals and Falcons – with transparent hourly pricing. Service highlights include a personalized travel planning approach, access to discounted Empty Leg flights, and a clearly guided process from initial inquiry to VIP terminal transfer. The brand values professionalism, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each charter is tailored to the client’s needs and executed with discretion and comfort.

Task

Deliver a multilingual aviation platform, a scalable CMS, a custom multi-leg booking engine, and granular user analytics.

Process / Approach

Research and UX audit → Information Architecture → Visual Design → GSAP/3D Scroll Implementation → CMS Development → Booking Engine → QA & Launch
We began with market and user research to understand the distinct needs of leisure travelers and corporate clients. These insights shaped the information architecture and defined clear user flows. In Figma, we created wireframes and interactive prototypes focused on readability and intuitive navigation. The visual design system took form using brand-consistent luxury imagery, typography, and color schemes to convey an aspirational aesthetic. We built fully responsive layouts in Webflow, establishing a modular CMS structure across over 300 SEO-optimized pages. GSAP-powered animations and 3D parallax scrolling were integrated to create an engaging storytelling experience. A custom mega-menu was implemented to navigate the complex taxonomy of aircraft, destinations, and services. We also engineered an advanced multimodal booking form with client-side validation to streamline inquiries. Finally, performance tuning (WebP/WebM media, lazy loading, code minification) was applied and Google Tag Manager was implemented for granular event tracking (e.g. viewed units, selected routes, form steps) to monitor conversion funnels.

Scope of Work

Conducted a UX audit and market analysis to refine the information architecture and user flows. Designed responsive Figma prototypes with a focus on intuitive navigation and premium aesthetics. Developed a scalable Webflow CMS with SEO-focused pages, structured through modular templates for fleet categories, destinations, and services. Implemented an advanced multimodal booking form supporting complex requests, including routes, service types, and uploads, ensuring seamless lead capture. Integrated Google Tag Manager for full-funnel analytics and optimized all pages for SEO, fast loading speed, and smooth mobile performance.
