Chalet Berezka is a luxury Russian-themed restaurant in Dubai, offering authentic cuisine, live entertainment, and a lively atmosphere. The venue brings the warmth of Russian culture to the UAE, with festive décor and a menu of regional specialties. The website’s goal was to capture the restaurant’s unique vibe and make it easy for customers to explore the menu, view upcoming events (especially seasonal celebrations), and make reservations. The target audience includes both Russian-speaking expatriates and international diners. The brand values festivity, hospitality, and premium dining.

Task

Rebuild and launch a pixel-perfect Webflow site that faithfully implements the approved UI, improves UX and accessibility, integrates a robust booking widget, supports bilingual content, and supplies branded digital collateral and an enhanced delivery app UI — all optimized for performance, SEO and conversion.

Process / Approach

We initiated a forensic UX audit and competitive benchmark to uncover usability issues and technical debt. We defined customer personas and mapped their journeys (reservations, delivery, events) to shape the information architecture and content strategy. In Figma we created wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, focusing on clear task flows and microcopy. The UI was overhauled to enforce a consistent brand style guide, and we built pixel-perfect responsive layouts in Webflow. Interaction design included GSAP-powered animations and custom JavaScript for dynamic widget behavior. We improved form logic and integrated a lightweight booking widget for reservations. Finally, media assets were optimized (WebP images, video), performance tuning (lazy loading, minification) was applied, and we conducted accessibility and cross-device QA before launch.

Scope of Work

Rebuilt forms and booking widgets to streamline table reservations, delivery orders, and event RSVPs. Delivered refreshed brand-aligned UI and a consistent design system across the site. Produced complementary marketing assets, including banners, menus, and social media stories, to support campaigns. Configured analytics to capture interactions and applied SEO optimization, WebP media, and mobile performance tuning for smooth operation across all platforms.
